The Queen will not weigh in on any differences between Prince William and Prince Harry, a reported source claims.
When asked on Thursday, the Duke of Cambridge told reporters he was yet to discuss Harry and Meghan Markle's ground-breaking Oprah Winfrey interview with his brother “but (he) will do”.
Suggestions that the pair had drifted apart gained momentum in 2019 when Harry admitted he and his brother were “on different paths” during ITV’s Harry & Meghan: An African Journey.
It was a message the soon to be dad-of-two repeated to Oprah in his explosive chat alongside Meghan which first aired on CBS in America on March 7.
Harry reiterated how he is on a “different path” to William and claimed his brother is trapped “within the system”.
Meghan had claimed there were "concerns" about Archie's skin colour, and that William's wife Kate Middleton had made her cry.
Neither Meghan nor Harry disclosed who had made the race remark, but ruled out the Queen and husband Prince Philip.
He added: “The relationship is space at the moment. And, you know, time heals all things, hopefully.”
But sources have claimed that Her Majesty will not be the one to mend the Dukes’ relationship.
A source close to the Palace told the Times: “She’s a very alert and on-the-ball 94-year-old but she is 94.

“She’s going to be speaking to Harry but there is a recognition that it isn’t going to be her brokering a peace between William and Harry.”
A senior aide added: “The Queen will lead, looking at the issues, supported by the family.”
In January, ITV journalist Tom Brady said Harry is “heartbroken” about the rift between him and his family.
Mr Brady was a guest at the Sussexes’ wedding in 2018 and he interviewed the couple before they decided to step back from royal life.
During an interview on Love Your Weekend With Alan Titchmarsh, Mr Brady said of Harry and Meghan: “I think they are content, the things they are doing they are quite excited by.
"I think Harry is heartbroken. You don’t necessarily need to have the knowledge to know that, but I think it is true."
Mr Brady added: “The situation with the family clearly isn’t ideal. It’s been a difficult year.”
According to Page Six, sources have also claimed that Harry and William have “opened communication channels” after the Duke of Cambridge said he hadn’t spoken to his brother yet.
