Brewer Anheuser-Busch revealed it was teaming up with the White House to offer its “biggest beer giveaway ever” if at least 70 percent of American adults have had one vaccine by July 4. Mr Biden announced a “month of action” to get more people jabbed before Independence Day.
The US President has previously hoped the July 4 date would be a celebration of the “independence from COVID-19”.
The new campaign, called “buy America’s next round of beer” will be open to millions of people across the country.
Those over the age of 21 – the legal drinking age in America – will be able to upload a picture of themselves in “their favourite place to grab a beer” to the website MyCooler.com/Beer.
This would then enter them in a draw to win a $5 digital prepaid card but only 200,000 applicants will win the free beer.
In a statement, Marcel Marcondes, the chief marketing officers of the brewer, said: “[N]ow that we are at this pivotal moment where people are excited to be together again, it only makes sense that we would unite our full portfolio and take this action to encourage people to get vaccinated.”
Mr Biden had planned to get 70 percent of adults partially vaccinated by Independence Day.
His “month of action” will use public and private-sector partnerships to encourage Americans to get vaccinated.
Mr Biden plans to use businesses, social media influencers, colleges, celebrities and community organisations to urge people to get jabbed.
Several American states have launched campaigns in a bid to get as many people vaccinated as possible, with schemes ranging from million-dollar lottery tickets to free beer.
West Virginia has taken a similar approach but will be offering the newly-vaccinated the chance to win a brand new firearm instead.
The state has confirmed plans to give away five custom hunting rifles and five custom shotguns via a vaccine lottery.
Those who have had at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine will eligible to enter and win, with the drawings starting on June 20.

These draws will continue through to August 4, with a range of other prizes available for the vaccinated.
One lucky resident will walk away with $1 million, while others will take their chances at university scholarships, trucks and lifetime hunting and fishing licenses.
West Virginia will also be gifting $100 in savings bonds or gift cards to all fully vaccinated 16 to 35-year-olds.
Thousands of people have been taking to social media to share their thoughts on the news.
According to the latest figures, 62.8 percent of the adult US population have received at least a dose of a vaccine and 113.6 million are fully vaccinated.
However, vaccine take-up has since plummeted with the average now being below 600,000 per day.
This is down from more than 800,000 per day when the country introduced incentives such as lotteries.
It is also a drop in uptake after nearly two million people per day were being vaccinated in early April.
The US has the highest number of total cases of the virus, with more than 34,000,000 people testing positive.
In addition, the US has the highest number of deaths around the world with the total number surpassing 610,000.
