A delivery driver found a murder victim who had been stripped topless and dumped behind a fast food restaurant.
His grisly discovery led to the eventual capture of America's so-called Tourniquet Killer who fatally strangled three girls and one woman before his execution on Death Row.
Serial Killer Anthony Shore's sister Gina Shore has now revealed what it was like living with a deadly creep who subjected his own daughters to sexual abuse and imprisonment.

Gina said that even after her "arrogant" brother tied the knot at the age of 21, he was still "grabby and kissy", patrolling bus stops for girls.

Detectives said she had been cut on her mouth and had one breast bitten before being choked with a handmade tourniquet, in 1992.
“She had been strangled with a tourniquet,” Dwayne D. Shirley, a retired detective from the case told “Living with a Serial Killer,” airing Saturdays at 9/8c on Oxygen.

At the time of the attack, 30-year-old Shore who worked for a telephone company and as a musician, had two young daughters, Amber and Tiffany suffering from his depravity at home.
Daughter Tiffany told 'Living With A Serial Killer': “I just went along with the way things were because I assumed that that was normal. He was just very physically abusive.”
Shore tried to make up for being a wicked father by getting his daughters flash gifts which former prosecutor Beth Karas described to 'Living With A Serial Killer' as “classic grooming.”

After being shocked by a visit to their home Gina reported her brother to Child Protective Services to ensure her nieces' safety.
Then on August 7, 1994, 9-year-old Diana Rebollar vanished from her walk to get sugar and was later found lifeless and sexually assaulted in an abandoned warehouse.
Officer Arturo Meija of the Houston Police Department described the murder as "profoundly disturbing".
